A family-built retreat with a lush garden, turtles and a heated pool, hidden in San Francisco (Telde), one of Gran Canaria’s oldest neighbourhoods. Quiet, authentic, and close to everything.

How many people can the house accommodate?

The villa can host up to 8 guests comfortably. It’s ideal for families, couples or small groups looking for a peaceful and spacious place to stay.

How many bedrooms and bathrooms are there?

The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each room has been designed to feel cozy and functional, with plenty of natural light and character.

What kind of beds are available?

There are two queen beds, one double bed, and two single beds — perfect for different sleeping arrangements and group sizes.

Is the pool heated?

Yes, the private pool is heated and available all year round, so you can enjoy a swim even in the cooler months.

What amenities does the house offer?

The villa includes Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, washing machine, indoor fireplace, patio, garden, and of course the pool. Free on-street parking is also available.

Is the house in a rural or urban area?

The house is in the historic centre of Telde, in the San Francisco neighbourhood. It feels like the countryside, but you’ll be steps away from shops, restaurants and museums.

Is the house available all year round?

No. We only open it to guests a few times a year. If it’s available, it’s your lucky chance to enjoy a very special place.

What makes this home unique?

It was built by our family over many years with love and care. From the turtle pond to the Canarian garden and indoor patio, everything has its own story.

How far is it from the beach and airport?

Both the beach and Gran Canaria Airport are about 15 minutes away by car, making day trips and arrivals very convenient.

Is the property private for guests?

Yes, the entire villa and garden are for your exclusive use. You’ll have full privacy during your stay.

  • We had a wonderful stay in the villa. it is beautiful, peaceful and homely. The pool is great and warm enough to swim in February. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Patricia was incredibly welcoming and helpful.

  • Beautiful house in a nice peaceful neighborhood. Everything was in a walking distance. The house was really nice and comfortable, lots of plants inside and outside. Our kids loved the turtles, they were a big hit. We had a really good communication with the host.

  • What an excellent place! The pool is heated so we had a great time swimming all day and venturing around Telde. We visited shortly before Christmas and there was a lot going on around the community to celebrate. It’s also a short bus ride to Las Palmas so we were able to make a day trip into the city. Can’t recommend this place enough!

  • We loved Patricia’s house! Best BnB I’ve stayed in (after staying all around the world!). Totally clean, a home-from-home, but not cluttered at all. The turtles in one courtyard and the pool on the other side of the house! A lovely breeze running through the house. Fast WiFi, and all the kitchen utensils you’d need! Victor hosted us whilst we were there and he was awesome, lots of tips and ideas.

House Rules

This is our family home, the place where my brother and I grew up, filled with love and memories. We kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your own. The house accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. No pets, parties or extra visitors without prior consent. Smoking is allowed, but please, no ball games in the house, garden or pool. Check-in is after 3 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m. Commercial photography and events are not permitted.
